How to cook the Green Bean Soup
Hot summer season is upon us (at least here in North America) and people are seeking heat relief in any way they can find during the hot steaming days.
Green bean drink/soup is an economical, easy to make, and effective summer heat relieving drink.
Green bean, also known as mung bean, contains several kinds of vitamins (C, K, A, B6, B2, B1, and B3), molybdenum, magnesium, potassium, iron, phosphorus, copper, and other elements. As such in addition to its nutrient values, green bean also has medical values in Chinese medicine.
Ingredient :
1.Green Bean : 50 ~ 100 g
2. Drinking Water : 10 Litres
Cook :
Mix the Green Bean and Drinking water in the casserole to boil together.
Notice : when boiled, use small fire to continue making boiling status about 1 hour until the green bean surface blowing,then turn-off the heat and put in the 50 g crystal sugar.
Usage :
1. For Adult : can eat in cold.
2. For Child : Drink/Eat in cold in normal temperature.
Function :
- Relieve internal heat and detoxification , If the child eat some bad food as an emergency measure,can drink it to release the symptom.
- As Drinking
- As Food for eat
It is the best food and cheapest medicine.
Additional : Some materials can be added to the soup :
1. For some people always have heart annoying , can add LiLy flower ,no more than 50 g ,which can buy in Chinese medicine.
2.Always humidity, add liquorice no more than 50 g into the soup.
